Reallll good
I’ve worked in beer for almost 15 years and this amazing pilsner with depth and body. SA is still producing great beers everyday of the year.

This hop-forward but light-bodied pilsner is crisp and drinkable, perfect for an afternoon on the porch or a night down at the pub. We left it unfiltered and raw to bring out its complexity and add a depth of flavor.

Southern Gothic is a proud creation of our North Carolina brewery. After a brief run in cans circa 2018, this Unfiltered Pilsner has lived exclusively on draught in our Mills River Taproom. It's hop forward but light bodied, its crisp flavor perfect for an afternoon on the porch or a night at the pub. We left it unfiltered and raw to bring out its complexity and depth.

Perfect Pairing for Seafood!
Being a preferred IPA/Ale drinker, when pairing with crab, shrimp, and other seafood, this is a perfect "go to" without sacrificing flavor. Most domestic pilsners & lagers have nothing to offer for me, but this is is a Winner that I can consume without getting hammered.
