Ordering & Shipping
We currently ship select beer styles directly from our Chico brewery to the following states: CA, DC, KY, NC, ND, NE, NH, OH, PA, VA, & VT.
Shipping timelines depend heavily on your address. All online orders are fulfilled from our Chico, CA brewery. Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days of when your order is placed.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, which includes a tracking link.

Beer orders are shipped via UPS. If you’re located in CA, certain beer orders will ship via GLS. Merch orders are shipped via USPS.
Unfortunately, we are not legally able to offer discounts on beer purchases placed online.
We are only able to ship beer to states where we are legally permitted to do so. Currently, we can direct-ship to the following states: CA, DC, KY, NC, ND, NE, NH, OH, PA, VA, & VT.

Online orders are fulfilled via shipment only. However, if you are in Chico, CA or Mills River, NC, we welcome you to come visit us at our brewery Gift Shops!
Yes, as long as your recipient is 21+ and is located in a state where we are legally permitted to ship beer. Please include their name as the recipient of the package and ensure they are available to sign for the order when delivered.
Returns & Exchanges
Sierra Nevada Brewery wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return for a refund (less shipping charges) within 90 days of the order delivery date. All items must be returned in new condition or like new condition, unwashed and with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
If you need us to provide a printable return label to you via email, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your total refund when we receive the return. USPS Click-n-Ship usually offers the most cost-efficient options for return labels.

Gift Cards
Yes! Digital Gift Cards may be purchased here.
Yes, but discounts and promotions cannot be applied to beer purchases, even when purchased with a Gift Card.
