**Available for purchase on Tuesday, 9/22 at 11 a.m. PT.** Each fall, hops reach their peak, bursting with complex flavors and aromas that only happen at harvest time. Northern Hemisphere Harvest captures that just-picked experience by using hops before they’re dried—what we call a wet hop IPA. This year, we plucked Centennial hops straight from the field, rushed them to our kettles, and brewed within hours for an IPA bursting with notes of citrus blossoms, rose, and pine.

AUTUMN IN A GLASS
Delicious. A little darker and maltier than the typical IPA, which is perfect for the autumn chill of northwest PA.

My favorite Sierra Nevada seasonal release
Northern Hemisphere is a great ipa. It has caramel maltiness with piney and grapefruit hopiness added. Very well balanced and each sip gets better. Tastes great even when aged, which most ipa’s can’t do.

STILL A FAN TO MY GRAVE
I have been a life-long fan of the IPA as my choice of beer and used to be able to get the Southern Hemisphere, and Estate brews until popularity restricted my capability. Setting up the mail order the past few years has worked out well for me. This year's Northern wet hop seemed to have a sharper after taste than I remembered from the past. It could just be my own tastebuds getting old (71). But I will remain a fan to my grave.

Excellent wet fresh hop harvest ale!
Outstanding and well-crafted harvest wet fresh hop ale! Well hopped and smooth malty finish. Each sip is a superb seasonal treat.
