Cellared Bigfoot

12-Pack 12 Oz. Bottles

Rated 4.87 out of 5105 reviews

While most beers are best when fresh, some styles evolve in tasty ways over the years. Bigfoot Barleywine is a prime example thanks to its high ABV, massive malt body, and sheer hop intensity. Aged briefly (e.g., 2022 vintage), the hops mellow while Bigfoot’s malt complexity shines. Cellared longer (e.g., 2014 vintage), more oxygen sneaks in to enrich Bigfoot with notes of sherry or port wine. So pick your year, or try multiple side-by-side, and take a Bigfoot expedition through time. Discover why this cult classic is prized by beer collectors worldwide.

    Big man Big Foot

I recently purchased the 2014 and 2019 vintages. My new order of the 2022 vintage is excellent and can be aged for several years, whereas the 2014 is at its peak and the 2019 is at the sweet spot.

    Very satisfying.

The 2014 is smooth and delicious. It probably should be consumed this year. The 2019 is still strong (and if I keep my hands off it) should be fine for several years. If you have the room to store these ales get some now. I am considering the 2022.

Dusty bottles = a great time!

Dusty bottles only add credibility to the cellared effect.

    Lucky Guy

I feel like a lucky man, blessed with a visit from Bigfoot! I almost feel bad sitting by my barbecue sipping these..almost.

    Resin!

Hops are still big,not enough American barley wines with big resiny hops being brewed.Hate the juicy shite.

    BIG FOOT IS LURKING!

There is no better feeling than knowing that after the high of the Celebration Ale, Big Foot is lurking in the woods. Do your pallet a favor and pick up some Big Foot for the cold winter months.

Love the beer but it’s MIA at the distributor!

Bigfoot is a great Barleywine beer! It’s sad that it has become hard to find! I used to be able to get it by the case! Now you are lucky to find a six pack!

Drink slow, Was disappointed, No 6 pack carriers came with order to display , but still my favorite beer. I also ran across a couple of bigfoots I had stashed from 2004, not drinkable. would you be interested in them?
