I usually very stuck on my two favorites, SPA, the the Porter. But my son bought this 12 pack as a birthday present. Well I was impressed by the smoothness and complex notes. Very satisfying. Now I am stuck on 3 of them!

Farm Trail Harvest Maltiest Falcon

SN "Harvest" beers, available in early Fall are probably some of my favorite beers of all time, along with Blind Pig (originally a pale ale before IPA's became so popular.
Porters are generally my least favorite beer style .... I'm a "Hophead''
Your description of this Baltic Porter was so good, I had to try it. It's a
quality brew and is beautifully bottled but I still prefer the Pale Ale.
I would like to see the original pale ale w/the yeasty sediment at the bottom of the bottle.
About 22 yrs ago I took a side trip from Yosemite to visit your brewery in Chico (I refer to it as "the Shrine") Me and my buddy were so impressed my got a motel room nearby and "camped out" at the Brew Pub and the beer, food and the servers were all Top Notch. Thanks for being such a great organization... JG

Smooth Brew

This Baltic Porter was an overall smooth beer that is easy to drink. I was expecting a little more from the ingredients regarding flavor but one has to keep in mind it is a Baltic Porter and is not supposed to be a “big” beer.

Fantastic!

From the beautiful label and the cork, the presentation is eye-catching. The beer itself is nicely dark, rich in color and flavor. It's smooth and robust at the same time. If Kona coffee were a beer, this porter would be it.

A Delicious Taste of Chico in every bottle!

What a treat it is to pop the cork of this delicious collaboration of harvests from Chico! It brings me back to my days of a Chico State Wildcat and later as a proud parent of CSUC alumni that always included a rewarding trip to the brewery! Well done!
