Product Returns and Exchanges

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order you may return for a refund (less shipping charges) within 90 days. All items must be returned in new condition or like new condition, unwashed and with tags in resalable condition for a return. If not eligible for resale, we can offer an exchange or store credit. Food, non-alcoholic beverages, and alcohol products are not eligible for return or refund, however we will gladly replace any items damaged during shipment. If a beer or hard kombucha product was spoiled or unfit for consumption please reach out to quality@sierranevada.com.

Please note: Items purchased locally at our Chico, CA or Mills River, NC gift shops cannot be returned, refunded, replaced, or exchanged in any way through online web orders. Please physically bring the item back to the original place of purchase; mail-in returns are not accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience.
